A witness tells CKNX that a section of Amberley Road, also known as County Road 86, east of Lucknow is blocked.
Emergency vehicles were on scene near the intersection of Amberley Road and St. Helens Line. The vehicles were first spotted in the area around 4:30 a.m. Friday.
