GO-VAXX Bus Mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic coming to Huron, Perth

Huron Perth Public Health says the province's GO-VAXX Bus will be coming to the region this week.

The bus, which acts as a mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic, will make two stops in the area. The first will be Tuesday, October 26th in Wingham at the Wescast Community Complex between noon and 6 p.m.

A second stop will be on Wednesday, October 27th at the Festival Marketplace Shopping Centre in Stratford from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

The bus clinic will be offering first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccines and no appointment is necessary. The bus is also wheelchair accessible.

There are two buses travelling the province and since being put on the road in August, the converted Metrolinx buses have administered more than 10,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines across Ontario.

The bus is scheduled to stop a the Durham Community Centre Sunday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. then be at the Ripley Community Centre on Monday, October 25th also from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
