One person is facing charges following a domestic incident in the Municipality of West Perth.
Perth County OPP) 0fficers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in Mitchell On September 16, 2021, just after 12:00 p.m.
An investigation resulted in charges of sexual assault, assault causing bodily harm and spousal assault against a 28-year-old resident of Guelph.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
