Huron Perth Public Health added 22 new cases of the novel coronavirus on Tuesday. There are 46 active cases. 66 people have succumbed to the virus during the pandemic. Currently, one resident is hospitalized with the virus. There are two school outbreaks, at Huron Christian School in Clinton, and at Stratford District Christian School. There is one community outbreak, and one outbreak in a congregate living setting.
The Grey Bruce Health Unit added no new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday. There are 23 active cases. Two residents are hospitalized with the virus. There are no outbreaks in Grey Bruce. 23 residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19 during the pandemic.
Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health added 42 cases of COVID-19 since Friday. Twelve of those new cases were located in Wellington, where there are 21 active cases. 38 Wellington County residents have died due to COVID-19. Across the jurisdiction, six residents are hospitalized with the virus.
