UPDATE: OPP reopen Hwy 23 north of Mitchell

A section of Highway 23 north of Mitchell is now open. OPP closed the road this morning between Perth Lines 36 and 39.
There are no other details at this time.
The report of the closure first came in at 7:39 a.m. Tuesday.
