COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Listowel Wednesday

A walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held at Between the Lines Sports Campus in Listowel on Wednesday August 11, 2021 from 5 – 8 p.m.

The clinic will offer both first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine to anyone 12 years of age or older.

North Perth Mayor Todd Kasenburg says the community has made excellent progress in getting COVID-19 vaccinations into arms in the area covered by Huron Perth Public Health.

Between the Lines Sports Campus Owners Trevor & Jill Reading offered space in their facility to help ensure members of the community continue to have convenient, local access to vaccinations.

"That the Readings have been so pro-active in helping our cause in Listowel, providing access to their beautiful space, is a testament to their community commitment, and I speak for all of North Perth in thanking them,” said Mayor Todd Kasenberg. “I salute their love of community and their service in this effort.”

“We are very excited here on campus to be able to serve our community in this way,” said Between the Lines Owner, Trevor Reading. “Efforts like these bring us closer to a return to normal. Hopefully everyone wanting to get vaccinated takes this opportunity to stop in and get their shot!”

Everyone attending the clinic is reminded to wear a short-sleeved shirt and bring their health card with them. Your second dose must be received at least 28 days after receiving your first dose.

More information about upcoming vaccination clinics can be found on the Huron Perth Public Health website www.hpph.ca.
