The City of Owen Sound and partner Forum Research Inc will conduct Citizen Satisfaction Survey between July 12 and July 30.
The survey will be conducted using random digit dialing telephone techniques and will include cell phones and landlines within Owen Sound.
This means that everyone with a landline or cell phone has an equal chance of being called. Citizens who are not called will have an opportunity to participate using a supplemental online survey. Survey findings will provide data-driven and performance-based reporting for Council, administration, and the public and results of the survey will be shared in the Fall of 2021.
This Citizen Satisfaction Survey is the first of its kind in the City of Owen Sound.
