A West Grey man has been sentenced, following a stabbing incident that took place in May of 2020.

36 year old Cory McCarthy was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison and received a life time Weapons and Firearms Prohibition.

West Grey Police were called to an early morning disturbance on May 24, 2020 at a Durham address and found that an adult male victim had been stabbed in the chest.  Police say McCarthy was arrested later that day.
