The Perth County OPP were on scene dealing with an incident on Wellington Street, in the Municipality of West Perth, that began at approximately 9:00 a.m.
Just before 3:30 p.m., one person was taken into custody without issue.Wellington Street was closed between Rowland Street and Waterloo Street, but has since re-opened.
