Webinar to focus on aquatic species at risk in Great Lakes

The Toronto Zoo Great has teamed up with the Coastal Centre and Green Goderich to provide a free educational webinar on aquatic species at risk in the Great Lakes.

Coastal Centre Executive Director, Erinn Lawrie, explains the Toronto Zoo is going to do the presentation next Monday and Green Goderich and the Coastal Centre will host it.

“It's free, anyone can attend online, they can go to lakehuron.ca and all the information on how to register is there,” said Lawrie. “We have some really rare species that might be unique in the world, so the Toronto Zoo is going to be talking about what different types of species at risk live in the Great Lakes and what individuals can do to help protect these unique plants and animals.”

The webinar is free and it's being held on Monday, January 18th at 7 p.m.
