The Township of Mapleton says it will no longer accept bookings for municipal halls due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases locally.
A release from the township states that as the second wave of COVID-19 cases increase, the proactive measure is needed to ensure the safety of citizens and township staff.
Current bookings will be allowed to proceed if they comply with public health guidelines at the time of the event.
