New 'Huron-Kinloss Connects' App launched

The Township of Huron-Kinloss has launched a new mobile app “Huron-Kinloss Connects” powered by See Click Fix.

“We are very excited to be the first community in Bruce County and one of the first in the province of Ontario to offer this innovative service for our residents. Huron-Kinloss Connects, powered by See Click Fix, is going to offer residents a new, easy and convenient way to report problems and service requests to our municipal staff," said Mayor Mitch Twolan. "Maintaining a safe and beautiful community is a real priority for me and I know it’s important to our residents too. I hope everyone will download the mobile app or use the online portal so we can work together to keep Huron-Kinloss a beautiful place to live, work and play.”

He said it offers residents a new, easy and convenient way to report problems and service requests to municipal staff.

People who notice a park that needs cleaning, a pothole that needs fixing or a streetlight that needs to be replaced can just report it on the app.

Residents can register for The Huron-Kinloss Connects mobile App and web portal to easily submit a request, and track the response and avoid waiting in line at the municipal office, or trying to figure out who to call to report an issue. The mobile app can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple App Store or people can visit the report a problem web portal at www.huronkinloss.com. The portal is accessible in the blue bar at the top of every webpage.
