Wellington County OPP have laid sexual assault charges following an investigation in Wellington North.
Officers were assisted by the Crime Unit, and the charges laid stem from an incident from July of this year.
The incident involved a teenage victim.
Wellington County OPP has charged David Ratcliffe, 59, of Wellington North Township with Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 Years of Age and Sexual Interference contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph at a later date to answer to the charges.
