A 28-year old West Perth man has died from injuries he suffered in a crash on the 401 in Chatham.
The crash happened on Wednesday at around 3 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 and involved a transport truck and passenger vehicle.
The driver was the only one in the vehicle at the time and was taken to hospital after the crash but died from the injuries he suffered. He has been identified as James Baillie, 28. The driver of the transport was not hurt.
The OPP spent five hours investigating Wednesday afternoon's crash and while have completed that part of the investigation, but have not released any further details at this time.
