The Huron Perth Public Health Unit reports no change in the number of  COVID-19 cases Tuesday after two new cases were by Huron Perth Public Health on Monday.

One of those cases is in North Huron, the other new case is in Perth County.

Huron Perth Medical Officer of Health Dr. Miriam Klassen said both cases are connected to a previous case with one asymptomatic and the other mildly symptomatic.

There are now three active cases in the Huron-Perth region.

In Grey County, the Grey Bruce Health Unit reports that the Meaford Long Term Care home is following outbreak and testing protocols after a non-active temporary staff member tested positive.

That positive test resides outside of the region and the case is being managed by another health unit.
