West Grey adopts Strategic Vision Plan

The Municipality of West Grey is growing, and town council is creating a strategy to keep up.

Council has adopted a Strategic Vision Plan to last until 2022.

By consulting with the public, councillors have determined their priorities to be centred around working together, building a better future, and promoting the community.

Mayor Christine Robinson said increasing infrastructure is an important part of West Grey's future.

"It's evident, West Grey's growing! With that, we're also seeing that we're having some new businesses opening, and also more business retention. We're absolutely thrilled for that," she said.

Staff will report quarterly on the progress of the plan that will be made available to the public.
