Freezing rain Monday morning - blowing snow Tuesday

There could be a mixed bag of weather Monday and Tuesday for parts of the region.

Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Grey, Bruce and northern Wellington counties.

Rain and freezing drizzle can be expected Monday morning.

The weather statement warns of poor driving conditions as ice forms on roads.

There is also a wind warning for northern Grey-Bruce. Strong wind gusts can be expected across many parts of the region.

The forecast also calls for gusty wind and blowing snow Tuesday for Midwestern Ontario.
