Expect some road closures and delays in Owen Sound this week as final road maintenance is undertaken prior to the 10th Street Bridge Reconstruction.

Tuesday, September 17th
2nd Avenue West from 12th Street West to 14th Street West all day for sewer repair. Road expected to reopen Wednesday, September 18th Possible single lane closures in the area of the 10th Street bridge for bridge closure line painting operations
Wednesday, September 18th
2nd Avenue East – 1000 Block and 900 Block from 6:30am-12:00pm for NOMA light installation 10th Street West from 8th Avenue West to 9th Avenue West from 9:00am-3:00pm - 2 lane closure, possibly 3 lane closure for the service installation to a new development 1st Avenue East from 8th Street East to 9th Street East, including parking lot behind City Hall – full road closure all day for paving operations
Thursday, September 19th
2nd Avenue East – 800 block and 700 block from 6:30am-12:00pm for NOMA light installation 10th Street West from 4th Avenue West to 9th Avenue West – single lane closures to complete paving operations
Friday, September 20th
1st Avenue East from 8th Street East to 9th Street East, including parking lot behind City Hall – full road closure all day for line painting operations 10th Street West from 4th Avenue West to 9th Avenue West – 1 pm to 4 pm - single lane closures to complete line painting operations (weather permitting)
