The Ontario Provincial Police force is looking for new recruits.
Both the North Perth and Huron County OPP detachments are holding open houses this Saturday to highlight career opportunities.
In addition to uniformed officers, the OPP has an ongoing need to fill volunteer and civilian positions, including communications, transcription, forensics, information technology and special constable positions.
The Recruitment Open House in Listowel on Saturday is at the North Perth Municipal office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Huron County OPP Open House is at the detachment office, just south of Goderich on Highway 21, from 10 p.m. to noon.
