Bruce County is setting the table to expand the museum and cultural centre in Southampton.
The county has bought land from St. Paul's Anglican Church on 254 High St., which is across the road.
That will be added to the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre property portfolio.
Bruce County Warden Paul Eagleson says the property has strategic importance for the County.
The mandate of the museum and cultural centre is to preserve and make available the documentary heritage of Bruce County.
