West Grey Councillor Don B. Marshall has submitted a letter of resignation.
Marshall stepped down as councillor effective December 31.
West Grey must fill the void within 60 days, and will advertise for candidates.
Individuals wishing to apply to fill the vacancy must submit a vacancy application form and declaration of qualification between February 7 and March 1.
Council is scheduled to meet March 6 to consider candidates
