Tom Mulcair will be returning to Stratford today.
The federal NDP leader is set to join Perth-Wellington NDP candidate Ethan Rabidoux at Revel Caffe in Market Square at around 12:30pm.
This is set to be Mulcair's third appearance in the region in a month - after visiting a Stratford bar and Perth County dairy farm in late July.
