Real Estate Sales in the Grey Bruce area in the first half of 2015 are well above levels for the same six months a year ago.
The Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound reports 302 home sales in June, which is an increase of 28 per cent compared to June 2014
So far 2015 is shaping up to be the third best on record, with the best six month showing since 2007.
Sales on a year over year basis are up by over 24 per cent.
The average sale price edged down slightly from last year to just under $256,000.
In all, 90.3 million dollars in sales transactions took place in the region in June. That's up 25 per cent from last June.
