Police say a woman and her two young sons were killed Wednesday afternoon in a head-on collision on Hwy. 89 northeast of Orangeville.
The woman and one of the boys were pronounced dead at the scene while other child died later in hospital. Police say the children were four and six years old.
Investigators say a dump truck and car collided around 3:30pm in Mono. It's unclear what caused the crash.
