Man Charged For Vandalism in St. Marys

Perth County OPP have made an arrest after publicizing the image of a suspect wanted in a vandalism case in St. Marys.
Over the weekend the window of a portable classroom at Little Falls Public School was broken, and a window at the Pyramid Centre’s pool in St. Marys was also smashed.
A surveillance camera at the Pyramid Centre captured an image of the suspect. After releasing the image yesterday, the OPP received several calls and were able to identify and arrest a suspect.
A 23-year-old St. Marys man has been charged with two counts of Mischief under $5,000. He’s to appear in Stratford court May 11th.
