Organizers are starting to make plans for the 2017 Homecoming in Mount Forest.
For years the town has held a homecoming every five years, but missed in 2012. It was formerly known as the Old Boys and Girls Reunion.
Mount Forest resident Rich MacVicar has offered to chair the event, scheduled for June 19-25 of 2017.
Wellington North council has asked for more information on proposed events, including any funding requests.
