The OPP has charged a 28-year-old man in the death of an Owen Sound resident last month.
David Small of Owen Sound has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of 28-year-old Lezleigh Hopkins.
She was found dead in a home on 2nd Ave. W back on January 22.
Soon after, Owen Sound police ruled the death a homicide.
Small is set to make a court appearance later today.
