South Huron and Bluewater councils have both approved road user agreements with Northland Power for the Grand Bend wind energy project.
CAO Steve McAuley says the project will see seven or eight turbines in South Huron with the remainder being situated in Bluewater.
McAuley adds none of the turbines will be west of Hwy. 21
