The public health units in Huron and Perth Counties are taking a pro-active approach to improving workplace wellness.

They are offering a one-day workshop for employers, managers, health and safety leaders, and members of wellness committees.

The ‘Creating a Healthy Workplace Culture’ workshop is scheduled for Thursday November 6th at the Mitchell Golf and Country Club. Pre-registration is necessary by October 27th, through either of the Health Unit offices.

Those attending the workshop will learn about free support services, how to turn around a workplace affected by bullying, and how to support healthy choices in the workplace.
