Morris-Turnberry and North Huron Share Fire Prevention Officer

The Municipality of Morris-Turnberry and the Township of North Huron have partnered to create a full time Fire Prevention Officer position

The Municipality of Morris-Turnberry and the Township of North Huron have partnered to create a full time Fire Prevention Officer position.
Under the new agreement, Morris-Turnberry will contract their Certified Fire Prevention Officer to North Huron.

In a release, Fire Prevention Officer James Marshall says this partnership is about prevention and education, so moving forward there’s consistent fire prevention between the communities.

The Fire Prevention Office will be based out of the Emergency Services Training Centre in Blyth starting September 2nd.
