North Huron Personnel Changes

It was a busy night — away from decision making for North Huron Council last night.
Deputy Reeve David Riach announced his resignation from council, as did C.A.O and Clerk Gary Long.
Riach is resigning immediatly as he will be moving out of North Huron. Gary Long is leaving in September to fill the C.A.O and Clerk position in Bluewater.
Riach has been a long-time member of council, and someone Reeve Neil Vincent says will be missed.
Long was praised by all of council, who thanked him for the work he’s done.
On top of that Reeve Neil Vincent announced he will be running for re-election in October.
