OPP Commissioner Visits Meaford and Chatsworth

The province’s top cop will be visiting two OPP detachment offices in Grey County on Thursday.
OPP Commissioner Vince Hawkes will meet with members of Meaford Council, the mayors and police service board chairs for the municipalities currently policed by the OPP.
The commissioner will be providing information on his new role, the strategic direction of the OPP.
His schedule includes a visit to the Meaford Detachment at noon on Thursday, followed by a stop at the Chatsworth Detachment at 2:30pm that afternoon.
