Clinton Slots Pay Off for Central Huron

The Municipality of Central Huron has received it’s quarterly non-tax gaming revenue payment.
The over $154-thousand dollar payment, means the municipality has collected a total of 8 million dollars in non tax gaming revenue to date.

Finance Minister Charles Sousa says benefits for host OLG communities include increased tourism and job opportunities .

He adds that the quarterly payments allow municipalities to invest more in local priorities and infrastructure.

At $2 billion annually, OLG provides the Ontario government with its largest source of non-tax revenue
