Charges in S.Bruce Peninsula Crash

A Brampton man has been charged with Careless Driving following a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in South Bruce Peninsula Sunday morning.
The crash involved a pickup truck and a BMW, and was at the intersection of Silver Lake Road and Allenford Road.
An OPP invesigation determined that the BMW failed to stop for the stop sign and crossed into the path of the pick-up truck where they collided.
All five occupants of the BMW were transported to the local hospital. One man was air lifted to hospital for treatment of serious life threatening injuries. A charge of Careless Driving has been laid against the 22-year-old driver of the BMW.
