Blyth BIA 365 Marketing Plan

The Blyth BIA is working to market the Village 365 days a year.

The BIA has entered a partnership with North Huron Council and Huron County for them to implement the Blyth 365 Marketing Plan.

Owner of GS Consulting Genny Smith says they want to start on partnerships and collaborations right away, working with the Blyth Festival, ESTC and Blyth 14/19 to improve culture and tourism.

Smith says they also hope to hold events year round, such as a winter-fest.

The Blyth BIA is putting out an RFP for a Community Improvement Coordinator. Smith says it will be a six-month part-time contract. She adds the Coordinator will work with North Huron’s Economic Development Officer and be the person residents can call to find out whats going on in the village.

The implementation time for the 365 Market Plan is three years.
