Healthy Communities Conference In Owen Sound

Community leaders and residents can learn more about creating a health community at a conference in Owen Sound.
It opens this evening with dinner and a presentation on Collective Altruism at the health unit.
Tomorrow, a day of presentations and workshops at the Bayshore Community Centre, will explore community engagement. Sessions will address health inequities, community action enhancement plans, and partnerships for community development in Grey and Bruce Counties.
Educators, politicians, health organizations and community supporters will be on hand.
