Disable The Label Day In Chesley
Today is Disable The Label Day at Chesley District High School. It’s a day-long series of workshops on teen mental health and wellness.
Organizer Brooke Rier says the idea is to eliminate the stigma around mental health difficulties. She says many teenagers experience depression and anxiety, and they need to know they’re not alone and help is available.
Disable the Label at Chesley High School is held with the cooperation and input of Keystone Child and Family Services and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
