Huron Perth Agriculture-Water Festival

Nearly 600 Grade Four students from Huron and Perth counties will be in Seaforth today and tomorrow.   It’s for the annual Huron and Perth Agriculture and Water Festival.

Co-ordinator Anne McBride says the Festival gives students who don’t live on a farm a chance to find out what farming is all about.   It’s also an opportunity for students to learn the importance of water quality and what they can do to protect it.

The Agriculture and Water Festival runs today and tomorrow at the Seaforth Agriplex and the Seaforth Arena.
McBride adds it’s become so popular that all of the spaces were filled by mid-November.
