Ashfield Colborne Wawanosh Mayor Glen McNeil says council has given its approval for the next step in a development proposed for Saltford.
“ACW council approved the zoning draft plan of subdivision for Zelinka Priamo and that is in Saltford on the east side of Westmount Road. There's 26 units that are being proposed in that development," shared Mayor Glen McNeil.
McNeil says they're looking forward to that development moving forward as the municipality continues to address the need for housing in ACW and in Huron County. McNeil says he expects construction to start early in 2024.
