Kincardine looking for further input on draft Private Tree Preservation By-Law

The Municipality of Kincardine is moving into Phase Two of Public Engagement for the draft Private Tree Preservation By-Law.

A release from the town states that "landowners, residents, environmental advocacy groups, land developers and businesses are invited to provide their feedback through the various engagement platforms and opportunities including through an online survey, participating in discussions on KincardineTalks.ca and by taking part in the online Public Information Session via Zoom." The online Public Information Session is set for Tuesday, September 13th at 6:00 p.m. It includes a presentation from Municipal Staff outlining the drafted By-Law with a question-and-answer period following.
