United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 2222 makes significant donation to Huron Shores Hospice

The United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 2222 have made a significant donation to the Huron Shores Hospice in Tiverton.

In a release, UBC Local 2222 says they will be covering the cost of the rent for the 2nd suite at Huron Shores Hospice for one year. That donation amounts to just over $17,000 and that is in addition to $20,000 that UBC Local 2222 donated for labour and materials costs associated with the renovation of the 2nd suite.

The cheque was presented virtually by Ryan Plante, the UBC Local 2222 Business Manager, to Carol Rencheck, the Board of Directors Co-Chair for Huron Shores Hospice.
