The deadline is fast approaching to apply for Community Foundation Grey Bruce Community Grants.
Local charities and non-profits in Grey and Bruce counties have until April 15th to make submissions for the grants. The latest release reminding charities and non-profits of the deadline states that any projects that funding is being applied for must benefit the community in one of the following categories: health and wellness, arts and culture, education and lifelong learning, living standards, the environment, and community connections. With difficulties from COVID-19 ongoing, the Foundation will allow up to 25 percent of the grant request to address operational requirements and administrations related to project delivery.
All applicants will be asked to outline how their project fits into the Community Foundation Grey Bruce Vital Signs report, which measures the vitality and health of local communities.
