A hotel property near Orangeville featured in a popular CBC sitcom is now for sale.
The Hockley Motel in Mono, a location called "The Rosebud Motel" on the show "Schitt's Creek", has hit the market with a $2-million dollar price tag.
Colliers Hotels says prospective buyers can submit offers under December 14th.
