Saugeen Shores Police Service is investigating a break-and-enter theft at a local restaurant.
On July 28th, officers responded to a report of a break-and-enter at a Port Elgin restaurant. Sometime overnight between July 27th and 28th, an unknown suspect forcibly entered the restaurant, and stole a number of items, including cash, electronics and alcohol. The suspect left behind a few items that may assist police in tracking them down.
The Saugeen Shores Police Criminal Investigations and Drug Unit are investigating at the scene. Anyone with any information should call Saugeen Shores Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
