Police have seized a quantity of suspected purple fentanyl from a Port Elgin home.
Police were called to the home on Tuesday, March 24 where a 46-year-old man was found unresponsive.
One of the officers administered two doses of Naloxone with little effect.
Paramedics arrived at the scene shortly thereafter and the male regained consciousness and was taken to hospital to be treated.
A name was not released.
