Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic, Perth County is promoting ways you can responsibly support the local business community through their 19 Days and 19 Ways to Support Local Business campaign.
Tourism Coordinator Ashley Brockelbank emphasized that these local businesses support the community.
"They're the ones that are paying to hire local staff, they're the ones supporting your kid's sports teams, they're donating to our local charities, and they're really our neighbours. We think it remains more important than ever to keep supporting these businesses," said Brockelbank.
Some tips include shopping online locally, ordering food for delivery or takeout, and purchasing a gift card to use later.
Perth County will be updating its social media with a new tip every day, for 19 days.
