Police looking for information on stolen guns

Perth County OPP are investigating the theft of firearms from a West Perth residence.

Investigation revealed that sometime between June 17 and 20, an unknown number of people forced their way into a rural residence. After breaking in, they managed to steal a gun safe containing four long guns.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this theft to contact Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.

The stolen guns are a .22 calibre long gun (bolt-action with iron sights), an SKS semi-automatic Russian-made gun (folding bayonet, wooden stock and black barrel), a Stevens 12 gauge pump-action shotgun with a wooden stock, and a Mosin Nagant Russian sniper rifle (bolt-action with iron sights).
