The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance is asking the public to participate in an online community engagement survey.
The HPHA said the survey is to ensure the Alliance is asking communities how they wish to participate, receive information and get involved with the hospitals in Clinton, St. Marys, Seaforth and Stratford.
The survey is available to take until March 8 and can be found on the Alliance's website www.hpha.ca or at www.surveymonkey.com/r/hphacommunity.
