Women's House Serving Grey and Bruce is partnering with Bruce County for their annual International Women's Day Celebration.
This year, the celebration will take place at the Lakeshore Rec Centre in Port Elgin on March 7th. Women's House is seeking nominations for the Woman of Distinction award. This year they have two categories: Woman of Distinction Award and the Young Woman of Distinction Award, and nominations are open until February 14th at 4 p.m.
Nominators are encouraged to submit a 200-250 word biography or outline explaining why the nominee should be recognized as a Woman of Distinction or Young Woman of Distinction, along with the Nomination Form, which can be found on the Women's House website.
