Garreffa scores a hat trick to lead the Rangers to victory

Joseph Garreffa had a hat trick and an assist to lead the Kitchener Rangers to an 8-4 win over Erie.

Teammate Rickard Hugg had two goals in the win.

Donovan Sebrango's goal midway through the second would stand as the game winner. Garreffa's second of the game just over five minutes later would give the Rangers insurance.

Other scorers for Kitchener: Greg Meireles and Michael Vukojevic.

Luke Richardson stopped 27 shots in the win. The Otters' Daniel Murphy made 10 saves on 16 shots before being replaced by Cole Ceci in the third who stopped four of six shots in relief.
